SHIPPING:

We send all our packages either by Royal mail 2nd or 1st class delivery tracked. Please allow 2-3 working days for dispatch. We only ship within the UK.
RETURNS:

We will accept returns within 14 working days for faulty or damaged products. If you would like to return your product, please email thepoochplaceuk@gmail.com to discuss this. We are open Monday - Friday, 10am -6pm.
We cannot accept returns on Food items.

If you return an item please have your name, email, telephone number and order number in the packaging. You are responsible for Postage cost unless your item is faulty. Please keep proof of postage as we cannot accept liability or cost for packages and products that do not arrive to us.
